Nightly Rates

Rates are based upon two guests, $25/extra guest/night cleaning fee for a maximum capacity of four (4) adults.

April to November:

Fri & Sat:         $295/night

Sun to Thurs:  $235/night

December to March:

Fri & Sat:         $285/night

Sun to Thurs:   $225/night​

​

Holidays:

Christmas, New Years Day, Easter, July 4th

Holidays are charged weekend rates.

• Two-night minimum stay is required.  Check-in is at or after 3pm, check-out is at or before 10am.​​

• Sunday will be charged as weekend rates if booked with Saturday.  Thursday will be charged weekend rates if booked with Friday. Holidays charged at weekend rate.​

• ​A 6% lodging tax is charged and an additional $100 incidental deposit that is refunded after a stay should nothing be damaged. To avoid passing credit card fees  to guests, deposits and other refunds will be refunded via check within two weeks of check-out.​​

• The Big Pine Tree House is an adult-only cabin.  Although we love children and have some of our own, we decided to make an escape for adults needing to relax and recharge.​

• Guests must be 25 or older to reserve the cabin & 21 or older to stay.   ID of person booking is required.​  The person booking must be one of guests staying.  ​​

• Only documented guests allowed at cabin.  Service professionals must be approved.​

• Renter(s) must sign our rental agreement before staying.  ​

• Although we love our fury friends, no pets are allowed due to damages that may occur and pet dander.​​

• No smoking on property.​​

• Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express accepted.  Dates cannot be held for more than 24 hours without credit card.  A $100 deposit will be charged to hold dates and remaining balance will be charged seven (7) days prior to check-in dates.
